Descriptive Diary

In Rm 6 we read a true story called ANZAC Violin. It was about the soldier Alexander and his violin that he carried in war. Alexander wrote a diary about the war that he was in and we had to make our own descriptive diary about us in a war but the diary had to be more interesting because Alexander's diary was a bit boring. Read my diary and tell me what you think.

As I sneak through the green long grass in the jungle I start stepping on cracking bones, rotten dead bodies and dark red blood. Creeping through the jungle as I hear gunshots and bombs  from the other side. Crawling and walking through the dirty dead soldiers as I try to crawl a little faster. Slowly making my way through the grass as I see fire burning in the ground and dangerous jets flying in the sky. I stay low until I see the shadow of a person in front of me holding two heavy looking guns. As I see the shadow come I try to leave as quickly as possible but then the shadow starts to disappear. Sneaking and staying down while I have to hear painful and unnecessary sounds from the war that's happening.

Shooting guns and running from danger. Trying to survive this war when I sometimes knew I was going to get hurt in a horrible way while I was trying to hide. Bullets flying through the smokey and unclean air as they get fired out of their guns to hit other men in the jungle.
